An ESO plus question;

So, my month of ESO plus has run out but I took off the auto renew because the feedback section of the forum, and most plus subscribers in my guilds, say they do not recieve their crowns for the second month and on.

Right now I have 1600 crowns, and if I re-sub to ESO plus will I get another 1500 crowns bringing my total to 3100 OR does ESO plus just too me UP TO 1500 crowns and I will get nothing?

Last time I picked a ticket with support it took them 21 days to respond to me.

You receive the full value of your crowns upon purchase of whatever subscription package your purchase.

So if you purchase a monthly sub you'll get them monthly, if you purchase a six monthly sub you get all six months worth at the start of each six month period.

If people don't receive crowns it's normally a bug/issue with the system which can be reported to have them issued by ZOS.

If you're on Xbox one....my suggestion is to not use ESO plus at all

If you're on PC, don't read anymore....

If you must for access to DLC, wait more than 5 days after ESO plus expires and resub from the game store and not the in-game way when you click the thumb stick.

*If you have paypal, pay for it that way as using a credit card in my experiences causes delays in getting crowns if at all.

I no longer sub as I've had to do a lot of back and forth multiple times just to get crowns I paid for on renewals and on new sign-ups. The last issue, support literally told me that if they considered that I had multiple subs going (buy one, and then another while one is active) the crowns would not be deposited until the end of all sub renewals.

That's is what they've updated their FAQ to say. For me, if I no longer get them up front, buy have to pay for them, it's a terrible model and even after they all end, I never got the crowns and still had to argue with support for 5-15 days each time.

In short....I just bought crowns during the sale period and picked up DLC.
I can't see myself ever doing ESO plus again.

Crown store and ESO Plus works fine on PS4. I've had only one issue with ESO Plus/crown store, where I could not see the crowns I've just acquired for my sub month. Basically just closing the game and rebooting did the trick.

Love my 10% increases too.

If you're still progressing and still play on a daily basis. It's completely worth it.

I have two V16 characters, so I guess don't really need extra XP. I don't like the thought of having to contact ZOS all the time to get what I would be paying for.

Additionally, I already own both DLC's to date.
