This makes me sad face (achievement related)

I've got one achievement left to get for Public Dungeons and it's out of reach since I never group up (usually due to other player incompetence or no one around)

For now, i'm going to work on Dungeon Annihilator and work towards the Monster Hunter title

Well, you could probably find like minded people to yourself here on the forums.

Players who don't often group a all but would like to finish some of the achievements or Craglorn.

If you're on EU PC then send me a friends invite or message in game, I can get some people we can come get you the achievement, then leave group and part ways forever.

you only need one other person to get that achievement. just ask a friend to come do the pressure plates with you.

As backwards as the concept sounds, have you tried looking for a solo players guild?

There are a few of them around which have no obligation to partake in content but offer a means for like minded solo players to find one another to clear the parts that have mandatory group requirements.

The achievements you are referring to are for group content...they are meant to be done with a group. I don't understand how anyone could ever complain that he cannot do all group content alone. What's next? change mechanics in vet-dungeons so everyone can do them alone? Make trials so easy/cut mechanics so everyone can do them alone?

Dude, the whole public dungeon was designed for a group, not for a single person! They were just nerfed to the ground :'(

Actually SWTOR did this and it's pretty good. The rewards are less/lower but it allows players who don't want to group with others to still experience the story of the game.

Yeah, all group content with only one achievement that needs two people. Funny that. Wonder why i'm annoyed.

the whole story (except) craglorn is designed for a single person...
if there were a second version for soloplayers, ok. But cmon...it's a multiplayer game. There should be content where you rly need a group.

I understand you don't want to group up. It's your thing. But I also think it's good that ESO has a couple of puzzles that require more than one person to overcome. This is one example, a few of the quests in Craglorn are another. You can easily ignore them if you're totally against groups, or you can try to find a couple of people who want to complete the quests.

Solution. ZOS releases a 'weight' that Solo players can use to complete puzzles that require people to step on them. Sold in the crown store. Happy PVE players, happy Zenimax.

When I helped other players with Public Dungeon bosses, they were amazed I didn't throw insults at them and leave them to die. ESO playerbase can sometimes be cancerous at the most inopportune moments

I don't mind missing out on Group content, eg- Trials, etc. What I do mind is getting 99% of the Achievements in one line and having one left.

Throw insults??? That seems a little bit much, i think you just got a bad experience that doesn't mean every player on ESO is like that. Just find a nice pve guild and make some friends you will have so MUCH MORE fun.

Just look at most posts on the forums and you'll understand why people have THAT bad an impression of ESO players. As a community we don't really help one another, we'd rather tell each other to L2P then say "hey, you might need x and y, if you like there is a guide here..."

Just look at most posts on the forums and you'll understand why people have THAT bad an impression of ESO players. As a community we don't really help one another, we'd rather tell each other to L2P then say "hey, you might need x and y, if you like there is a guide here..."

That's mostly in threads which start like "nerf XXX bc it kills me" or something like this. If you just ask how to counter/beat something most guys will help

Are you talking about the one in Alik'ir Desert? the pressure plates?

Dude literally just stand there and wait. I needed it on one character ( it was VERY early in the morning and no one was online ( not just in my guild but in the zone in general ), when I logged back on in peak time the next day there were 2 people and I just helped them do it cause I knew the sequence and they didn't ).

You are probably not even at the spot, also if it bothers you so much offer someone 5k to do it or some thing.

Like others have said above this is an MMO, this type of feature is there to FORCE you to actually make friends in game.

The fact that you refer to the majority of the community as complete trolls or incompetent might be the reason why you have to solo everything.

Pro tip : be friendly, helpful and patient ( this one is imperative to survival because many people will need multiple explanations before they grasp what you are trying to explain ).

You also need to realise that this "incompetence" is not always linked to people actually being incompetent but could be because of language barriers. Therefor just be patient and friendly.

I can probably find someone for you in like 2mins after logging in, hell if you were DC EU I would help
