Imperial Edition Upgrade "Issue"

For some odd reason when I went to uninstall my Imperial Edition Upgrade, I am still able create a Imperial character and convert gear to Imperial style on the Xbox One. I would like to be able to uninstall it without the Imperial Edition still being there in-game. Can anybody help me with this? Note: I've already tried deleting my save player data and so far no luck!

✭✭✭✭✭It's built in...when the crown store was setup you basically will always have it. You can't uninstall it.
