No we do not We asked for one for a While and ZoS said nothing. I would personally love it and it would be my Home campaign.

I don't see why they wouldn't. Perhaps it's a population issue? Like maybe there's more PC players than console so it's easier (and more valuable) to spread people out?

I don't think so am sure its more Consoles plus we have more Campaign than PC does while NA I heard PC EU has a good amount.Yes they probably didn't think we needed one Idk.Maybe they think we wouldn't be able to handle it.

Not that slow when you figure in writs and item deconstructing.

Each item you deconstruct drops 1 piece, and VR16 items are not common, particularly light armor, so that isn't going to add up to much. I have done harvesting runs of Wrothgar many times, and the harvest was meager. Writs I stopped doing because they actually *use* up these rare materials and at least in my experience, I did not get any in return (and so I was dissuaded from wasting any more).

Perhaps you were just very lucky with the RNG, but in my experience trying to gather all these mats outside the IC is such an unreasonable grind, the only realistic option remains the IC.

I don't mind the PvP element as I have killed many gankers. Yet I have lost many more stones than I have made easily 50k +.

So I think OP your request is not unreasonable there should be a PvE area that also offers stones.
I mean Telvar stones is the fastest and best way to get your VR16 gear so there shouldn't be a penalty for that really if you suck @ PvP.

I will stay in IC and improve myself. But I do understand the annoyance of farming in IC all day ( reading in zone chat that there is a big group at your entrance so you know you can't go back and you have to mob suicide ) and just when you do a random ganker comes and ninja's the kill.

it sucks losing those hours of your life OP so I do fully sympathise with you.

Rule of thumb always bank @ 2k stones. unless you are in a very experienced group and confident in your ability & gear then yolo

Well, sadly, stay out of IC unless you can get into one of those fancy "lets derp through everything in large groups because derp a derp derp"

it wss announced as a pvepvp dlc.

You don't loose 100% of your stones, it got reduced because a few people didn't like that there are consequences to their actions and death is something that should be avoided.
Besides there are enough campaigns, so you can choose one that is not full of enemies. I lately collected all IC skyshards on my Templar without seeing a single enemy for the whole evening.

What faction are you? It helps if you are one that has a server all to themselves.

Personally, I do more PvE, but I have no problem with IC being a problem for PvE.

I don't like how one person who attacks a group in a PvP zone gets called a ganker in a derogatory way.

Fyi I'm more PvE than PvP and I'll tell you, you can reach a level of strength where 1. You will no longer get ganked and 2. Can gain 1000 stones in 5min

    in 5 min is BS

    Not true

Going solo, 1 quick lap around arboretum nets you right at 1k stones in 5-10 minutes max.

excluding the TV stones, I'd like a PvE version of IC and Cyrodil

I don't expect the same rewards but it would be nice to at least do the PvE quests and such without all the PvP silliness.

In short...I just don't care for PvP and would like to do this PvE content without PvP.....whatever changes are made would be great if this happens.

    *** update *** DLC

here is all I have to say about IC and PVE it was released as a PVP dlc if that doesn't interest you then don't play in IC when it was released there was all the info out about losing stones and the pvp/ some monsters for a slight annoyance/ PVE element within the PVP environment. knowing this you still go in and lose stones and flame on the forums about this in a non constructive nature. you should learn to expect to lose stones in IC expect that since it is in the end a PVP dlc. It was never meant to be PVE it has some PVE factors like mobs/grinding because it can somewhat cater to the PVE crowd as well while the PVPers can have their fun by killing players for stones or fun. It allowed small scale combat more viable since it is a smaller area.

Do some research before buying something. or expecting something to be what it isn't. that's all I have to say about that

    You lose 80% not 100%.

    If you can't fight:
Choose a different campaign, make stealth/mobility pots, PAY ATTENTION to your surroundings and if you see an an enemy player, stealth drop pot if need be and gtfo.

Finally buy your stuff with gold if you cannot hang.

PVP SHOULD be in IC - cope or be somewhere else.

Agree completely here. I'm not a real PvPer, but even I realize that IC is PvP (mostly). Either fight better or, as the poster said, go stealthy. They're really your only choices. After a few times in IC I figured out where the gankers hang (and, yes, sometimes they're unavoidable). My best solution, since I'm, at heart, a single PvEer was to bring along my partner. Not ideal, but made survivability a lot better. To me, 1/2 the fun is getting revenge though. I've spent whole days ganking the gankers. [snip]

This here is the only problem I have with the way IC is. If you're in a locked campaign and your alliance is locked out, you get to be ported back to sewer base when you're killed in PvP. Instead you should have to be ported back to your Cyrodiil base and have to fight for sewer access again. As it stands right now, you have dozens if not hundreds of players living in the sewers with no thought of ever particapating in the overall Cyrodiil campaign on Axe.

Since you said you're a PVE player I'll try to explain this in a matter that you may relate to. Before doing a group dungeon, would you go in with no soul gems, no lock picks? If you were a healer would you slot just your DPS skills and 1 heal spell? No, that'd all be terrible... You prepare for the challenge ahead of you.

In that same vein, if you're going to go in PVP, you need to be prepared. Your PVE build most likely isn't going to cut it, so maybe look up what good PVP skills would be good to slot. Be aware of your surroundings, always go with a group of people, frequently go stealth, there's literally tons of things you can do to avoid getting ganked.

I understand the frustration that you just want to PVE and get some good gear, but you've made the decision to PVE in a PVP zone, and thus you assume certain risks, like losing 80% of your TV stones if you're caught. So, get prepared, do some research, slot the proper skills that will help you either kill the enemy or escape, be aware of your surroundings, and learn to crouch into stealth when moving between rooms.

For you maybe. For me it takes a bit longer. But I only need Tel Var stones to buy v16 runes, so I don't spend that much time in IC.

Yep. You get surveys (in Orsinuim) if you're maxed out on crafting professions, and you get a chance to get surveys that lead you to ruby ash wood, ancestor silk and Rubedite ingots. I generally get 30 - 40 pieces of raw mat per survey. And you get items with "inspiration" on them that gives more than the usual 1 piece of material.
