Lets create a Solo challenge list!

Lets create a solo challenge list. I need suggestions, and help organizing a list based on order it should be attempted via difficulty tiers.

Things like: All world bosses, First boss of AA, XXX this entire dungeon, shada's tear, Magickal anomaly, Burial sites, obviously maelstrom arena, sky reach pinnacle, nirncrux mines, etc

What are the most challenging things you've done? what "can" be done? Sure there are alot of things that lock you out of being able to solo, and plenty of mechanics that instantly kill you or throw u in a cage and reset...thus preventing a solo job. So what IS do able?

I'm sure alot of people would love to take solo challenges to improve their own game play, and put it under their belts, ~ even if their isn't a official achievement for it.

lets make something we can all link to our buddies and be like... oh u think u got a handle on this game? try this. etc haha

Some simple but time consuming challenges for a solo player:

-Get all three horse stats to 60.

-Get all quest disguises/morphs from all factions.

-Get all crafts leveled to 50 with all possible recipes (from all the factions).

Public dungeon group events (easy if you have a decent build)
Craglorn delves (most can be done solo)
Normal dungeons (banished cells, elden hollow, spindle, city of ash etc)
Imperial City district/sewer bosses (fun until you get attacked by enemy players)

I fail to see how logging in to "feed" horse is a challenge.

Worst system in any MMO.

Vet Imperial City Prison I have solo'd the final boss on hardmode with a magicka sorc and a stamina templar. Its an entertaining fight that usually takes 12 minutes if you never mess up.

The hardest part is getting a group who will let you solo it after being in there the whole time

The only real threat is shadow barage.... And there are easy ways to mitigate it.

The Forum does only offer limited methods to gather such a list:
The only tools we can share here on the Forum are texts in posts and 10 answer polls.

Perhaps a good start could be to start with elimination first:
which challenges CANNOT be done solo (or like mentioned in the post of @Fat_Cat45 only after being launched to that specific fight)

I do not see a technical solution (with polls) to handle feedback from us to list up the challenges INCLUDING a kind of ranking.

To get some ranking in a uniform way, you should yourself make a shortlist of 3-5 solo activities to define 3-5 difficulty categories, which players must use for feedback of the difficulty.

So perhaps a way to do it use 1 poll per pledge and use your different questions to collect:
Q1: did you succesfully Solo Bos 1 and what difficulty category would you give it.
Q2: did you succesfully solo Boss 1 & 2 and what difficulty category do you give Boss 1 and Boss 2.
Q3: etc Boss 3 etc

Perhaps you could wrap up World bosses in only a couple of polls to keep ther number of polls low.

But you still need someone to gather all that and put into a (excel overview) to cross overview all the different polls.

Alright but we Do need some content. Surly I'm not the only one here who has solo'd lol... all Delves can be solo'd (atleast the ones included in the achievements) and the short list I made.

We need more Solo challenges like...

Tier 1
Magickal anomolies
All Craglorn Delves
All Non-dlc world bosses
Nirncrux mines
Regular maelstrom arena

Tier 2
Wrothgar world bosses
All Sewers Sweepers
Skyreach pinnacle
Burial Sites
Shada's Tear

Tier 3
Veteran maelstrom arena
First boss of Aetherian Archives (storm atronoch)
Molag Bal in Sewers

Need more Do-able things on this list as a solo'er. Need a longer list

So give me some ideas, where they would be ranked.
Also need someone to do the normal dungeons and see if any will lock you out purly by mechanics. Like that normal dungeons with the pirates and the guy will turn you into a skeleton who can't use skills, or attack. while I think you could technically *wait it out*, with the bazzilion adds, the boss, and no way to regenerate or shield it may be impossible to pass. or maybe there is a way with a niche build and some odd ball sets. idk.

And where would u rank these dungeons in a tiered model like this? are there impossible sweepers to kill solo? etc... Basically I need more information before we can completely compile and issue a list.

And if your sitting there.... going I want to do a challenge nao! then try skyreach pinnacle. if you can do it, try shada's tear

Proxy Det before lvl 30
Emp on Azura before lvl 25 (or even lvl 15, only 1 weapon slot :P)
Solo Molag Bal in IC sewers (no sorc allowed)
Dont die to fall damage while riding from the most east to the west in wrothgar with a 60 speed horse+rapid
Solo a gold pledge nude (again no sorc :P)
Try to not answer any troll post in this forum for a whole week

Emp on azura before level 15? okay... well u just need 3 ep with siege and a pocket full of repair kits...and... yeah no weapon even required.

Run to every Keep and Outpost in Cyrodiil on a busy campaign and perform a full rotation of the dance of your people, nude, on the front porch or at the front door, without dying (you can kill the guards first). If you're interrupted mid dance, start again.

Challenge? The one I had most -fun- with was finding the artifacts for the Orsinium museum... following the clues in the note to the right area, and searching until you find the thing... (though I have to admit, at least two of them I never managed to figure out, but stumbled over them by accident after completely misinterpreting the clues...)

well well thelon... u got some good vids there. pretty much what I do...besides the whole recording part. suppose I could start my own series as well haha. Anyway... Yes thats precisly what im talking about. We need more of *this* and those are excellent additions to the list!

I've been wanting to start a Guild centered around soloing content, using some sort of hero/tier system for ranking up. I know for a fact that Thelon and I have soloed Vet Elden Hollow. I've soloed every normal dungeon there is besides Imperial City Prison and WGT, and only because of the group locked bosses.

I can even get to the stone atronach in AA using sorcerer talents. The point being, if you guys are interested, I think we could really make a fun thing out of it all. That being said, here are my hero teirs:

Unsung-

Solo a dolmen
Solo a public dungeon
Solo World Bosses (non dlc)
Non-Vet Maelstrom

Familiar-

Solo a Resource at Full Strength
Solo a Keep at full strength (has all resources and has been under enemy control for a while)
Solo a Silver Pledge
Craglorn Delve Bosses (Werewolf, lamia, etc.)
IC Daedric Gates
1v2/3 zerglings (low skill players)

Famous-

1st Boss of AA
IC District Boss: Flesh Atronach and Bone Colossus
IC Sewer Boss: Incenerator and Ice Xyvkin (can't remember name.)
Wrothgar Boss: Daedric Titan, Snagara, King Edu, Centurion, Cursed Nursery(?)
Vet Maelstrom, die all you want.
1v1 a Zergling Emperor, (unskilled but deadly thanks to buffs)

Legendary

Vet Maelstrom No Death. More luck than anything, tbh
Solo a Vet Dungeon, I suggest Elden Hollow because there is no group locked content
1v2 Skilled players, preferably Duelists.
Wipe an 8 man group, zerglings, without the use of Sewer bosses.
Solo the Mad Ogre in Wrothgar, latest patch has fixed easy soloing of this boss
Solo the 1st Boss of Hel Ra Citadel

There are a few more in mind with the TG patch, but I really think having a guild of dedicated Solo players would be ironically awesome.

@Kova this is awesome, but the tier requirements are a bit off...

Soloing Hel Ra first boss isn't horrible, but you put it in the same rank as "Flawless Conqueror" and Mad Ogre! BRO!!!

@Thelon I was thinking about recording myself soloing these crazy bosses but PS4 doesn't record past 15min (maybe it does but I have not looked into it much). Have you tried these bosses without a clannfear tanking? Not bashing your amazing performance, but I just wanna know if you've tried it out of curiosity

I just would like to see more titles in game that are very time consuming to get. Like the master fisher title.

My pet build is based on the Clannfear acting as a tank, so I don't solo without it. I'm sure I could handle a few bosses just by kiting though.

I have no idea how to record with consoles, but I'm sure Google does.

Running a guild is a challenge in and of itself, but it's always good to have a clear purpose right off the bat. I believe @MissBizz runs a solo-focused guild and may have some helpful hints for you.

There was a thread on having more unique titles in this game. I really like your title ideas.
