In these forums, I see a lot of people mentioning "tool tips" when discussing their stats. I'm assuming this is for PC only?
What exactly is tool tips? And will it be coming for consoles?

✭✭✭✭✭Its for all platforms.....a tool tip is- a message that appears when a cursor is positioned over an icon, image, hyperlink, or other element in a graphical user interface. (On consoles, when you select things, it shows a description of what you have selected. The UI's differ but the info is the same.
