I came up with another VOTE IDEA :)

the change that is coming to Elemental Expert, Would u Like That Altmer Passive Gets same Change? so it will also increase all type of magic dam

I Say YES cause it sucks it does not give dam to crystal frag, either that or add new element, dark magic to that passive

No, I'd prefer to have a different race that gets a bonus to magic damage. You shouldn't buff the strongest race any further if you care for game balance.

No. Altmer is the LAST race that needs a magicka-related buff.
Before you say anything, my main is an Altmer Magicka Sorcerer DD since beta.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

Got hit by a 21k crystal frag yesterday. I'm pretty sure it doesn't need a further buff.

lol buff? then why not remove it? :D cause it gives dam to other spells, but it should give dam to all sorc spells, if Altmer has elemental dam passive then game need a new class, elemental who has all 3 elements, 3 magics, for trees ice tree & fire tree & lightning tree, like sorc has storm calling dark magic & d summoning, currently this passive isn't fair cause it doesn't increase of dam of all spells that sorc has, no matter what class u chose u wont get max benefit from it

I'd rather Dunmer get the Altmer passive since Dunmer are the ones who are "masters of destruction magic".

Garahel Dravic -- Level 50 Bosmeri Nightblade (EP)
Tamriel Unlimited was a mistake. One Tamriel was a bigger mistake

Thinking about this a bit more, you could give all races a buff to a certain playstyle:
    - Breton: Increased magic damage
    - Bosmer: Increased range damage
    - Argonian: Increased healing done (and max magicka somewhere)
    - Khajiit: Increased poison damage
    - Redguard: Increased physical damage
    - Nord: Increased bleed damage

    - Altmer: Increased elemental damage
    - Dunmer: Increased fire damage
    - Orc: Increased melee damage

    No.

We already see to many "You must play X race to be Y Build/Class" adding more specialist passives only narrows that further.
They need to find more ways to alleviate these issues people see regarding unfavourable races/class combinations not create larger gaps.

No sorcs hit hard enough already. So adding that would be more buffs for the high elves which are the mostly the best class for magicka base.

Altmer are already kick ass good, the weaker races need the bonuses.
