When do we get the camel mouny?

I was wondering when the camel mount came out since ive seen lots of pics of it and i really badly want to have a camel mount i already have a painted brown horse but i dont mind having two mounts if one is a camel mount.
Oh btw sidequestion: if i raise stamina to 40 do i get more armor on my horse than if its 20 and also 20 speed?

✭✭I'm guessing just before Thieves Guild, and yes you get more armor the higher you go. Speed gives you like a leather thing on the back, and capacity give syou bags1 -
