DinOwned✭✭✭Yes, Combat Prayer gives minor brutality and Power Surge gives major brutality/sorcery. You can have one major and one minor of the same buff stack. You can't do something like Rally and Power Surge and have the major brutality of both of those buffs stack though.0 -
