Dungeon suggestion for a pve noob

so I just recently got vet 16 and grinded out my v16 gear for my first crafted set(still grinding out the materials for the enchantments.) I am a healer and have round 205 Cp. I have not done 90% of the dungeons and probably like only completed 1 or 2 veteran dungeons. I mostly level alts or do pvp when I play. That being said what would be the quickest way to learn the dungeon mechanics. Would it be going through with pugs or try grouping with guildies be better way? And would you recommend doing the dungeons in order as they are listed? Or should I wing it and do the undaunted dailies with pugs till I learn them. Now ik some will say watch youtube vids but I am more of a hands on learner found this out with another game my buddy tried to show me how the mechanics worked. I learn best by doing rather than watching a vid (this is why I made the post for options and see what experienced people say.) Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Most Group Dungeons can be done in any order. As you may know, they scale to the group leader when you enter them. If you use the Group Finder, all of you battle scale to VR16 and the dungeons scale to VR16.

However, the ones in the earlier leveling zones are easier than the ones in the higher leveling zones so I would start there. For most non vet instances, it's burn down the bosses as quickly as possible. However knowing the mechanics can help with doing that. As you go up in leveling zones the mechanics become more challenging.

If you want to learn the dungeons, particularly the Vet Instances, then grouping with knowledgeable players is key to learning them. It is usually best to find those in guilds rather than a PUG.

As far as Pledges go, Silver are the same as normal group dungeons, with maybe a few more bosses to kill. And, you will eventually do them all as they cycle through them each day.

so basically starting at the dungeons that are in the lower leven areas is a good start with throwing some silver pledges in to help my dungeon experience. Im not so worried on how well I will heal(since I heal in pvp and can manage resources pretty well) just knowing what the bosses do so I can know when is best to ready a large heal or know a hard hitting aoe is coming.

Best way is to scale them to vr1 so three vr 16 one vr1 you can also cheese it multiple ways but am not going to put in on forums. Then you can learn about mechanics before getting slaughtered like with Bogden where harness magic is your friend. Doing them on normal is way easier than vet and the whole mechanics may be different.
Sorcerna, proud beta sorc. RIP April 2014 to May 31 2016 DArk Brotherhood. Out of retirement for negates and encases. Sorcerna will be going back into retirement to be my main crafter Fall 2018. Because an 8 k shield is f ing useless. Died because of baddies on the forum. Too much qq too little pew pew. 16 AD 2 DC. 0 EP cause they bad, CP 2300 plus 18 level 50 toons. NA, PC, Grey Host#SORCLIVESMATTER actually they don’t or they wouldn’t keep getting nerfed constantly.

Just so you're aware, you can do the "normal" pledge and receive a silver key as long as you kill all the bosses. So just do the normal pledges for a few days since those are the "lower level area" dungeons mostly.

I personally get loads of help from guild members. A few know the mechanics inside and out, which help quite a bit when you are first learning a delve. Having TeamSpeak or something similar helps even more.

I would offer my help, but I see you are on xbox.

    Have fun!

Thing is, I pretty much ignored mechanics in Group Dungeons until I started doing Vet dungeons. I would have been better off knowing the normal mechanics as I started doing Vet instances, but I am lucky that a couple of the guilds I am have knowledgeable and patient guides to help us along.

If you get one of these guides, and they are typically a Tank Role, listen to them.
