You have to take into consideration that in Tamriel it is different. Tamriel is not our dear planet Earth. In Tamriel the Khajiit and Argonian are conscious beings equal to elves and human races. So no, it is not 'bestiality'...... Not to mention that they can say yes if an elf invites them to retreat upstairs into an inn room.

It is like asking if a relationship between a black and a white person is strange because they are different RACES.

Well, if Khajiit must go down a peg and choose from the lower races such as elves.. Nords, this one can understand. Very big and Nordy. Imperials, yes quite imperious which may be amusing. Redguards, excellent at swordplay! Bretons, um, huh, good cooks? Bosmer seem as though they would be quite bendy though.

Nothing wrong with it technically as they are sentient humanoids with the ability to consent etc. Also there's plenty of cases of cross race relationships within the game and I assume the whole franchise.

It is not possible for a Khajiit and an elf/human to reproduce, if I recall there's actually a book in the game that states this.

Plus there's also the fact if a male Khajiit were to bang a female elf/human/whatever, it probably would not end well for the female.

Nothing wrong. Both those races are about as inteligent as humans/elves. They just evolved from other animals than humans/elves did. (IDK if evolution is a thing in nirn, it was just the easiest way to explain how I felt without talking about Aedras/daedras and their powers)
