Instanced housing probably. I really wish I could see a sea dlc happen, but they barely handle Cyrodill

NovaMarx✭✭✭✭✭YesThere is so much ES lore about the seas, but no game so far as had anything to do with it. I think people want more water-related stuff because we can't dive and explore under water, which we are used to from the singleplayer games.
I would love to see something naval, although I highly doubt there will ever be a DLC with it as a focus. But we can dream

Every alliance has a coast where you have quests to drive back enemy invadors, so sea fights would perfectly fit in the lore. In one of the AD areas you already have a quest where you are on a ship and fight on deck while shooting a sea serpent with a ballista. This could be perfefctly modified to allow ship to ship battles and if you fall in the water during combat, the slaughterfish will be happy.7 -

I thought about PVP with it too. Like you need restock supplies, so you pillage villages and whatnot, so you find PVP on coastal towns and stuff. I think Ship battles might be a bit advanced for their engine at the moment.0 -
