Skill Reset - Thieves Guild DLC

I'm presuming that there will be a skill reset with the Thieves Guild DLC with all the proposed nerfs and buffs happening. Like the IC DLC.
Has this been confirmed yet??

There's another thread about this where Gina responds to it. But it boiled down to people getting mad that people got "forced" resets. They're looking into giving people a free reset (I think) but I'm not sure

I agree that it shouldn't be a forced reset. Maybe a time limited token that you can activate by visiting the reset place.

Many players have at least two or more accounts, with all character slots used up. It's a pain in a supposedly vulgar body cavity to have to reset skillpoints on 16 or more characters.

It takes 5 minutes max per character, you don't have to do it in all characters right away just for the one you're gonna play... You wouldn't even notice the time lost.

Yeah, iirc Gina said they might look into it, but as of now they aren't planning on doing a skill point reset (nor a CP reset afaik). It's in response to how console players got up in arms after console's first major patch that led to a skill point reset. ZoS' typical knee-jerk response? Just not give out respecs anymore, even in cases where so much stuff directly related to combat is changed.

Don't see why they didn't just go back to offering super-cheap resets after a major update, or maybe making CS respec Scrolls 1 Crown for a single purchase or something. While I can understand people being irritated at forced resets, no longer offering resets at all isn't the answer to the issue.

Priceless. Players will have to pay to reassign points because of the changes that will be made by ZOS to not only the skills but Champion system. Will someone tell me where that is fair.
