When your food/drink is about to expire there'll be a warning message?
Half the time I tend to forget to check and when it runs out especially in vet dungeons its a pain

It can be done with an addon, maybe someone already created one that does this.

Also good healers will often remind you.

I meant for consoles I'd imagine PC would have add one but idk

Although there is obviously no reminder or notification (on console anyway), you can quick slot your food so that it is almost as quick as popping a potion should your food buff drop. Helps quite a bit

That is why you should make it part of your daily routine, to check if your equipment and resources are tip-top, if you have removed all the garbage from your inventory, if your gear is repaired, if all is slotted in the right way and stocked. This is what every soldier, every hunter and everyone going on some kind of outdoor adventure has to do - make it your routine too.

How about an audio cue? What if when your food is about to expire, let's say in 30 seconds, you are a little grumbling. Like your tummy is telling you it's hungry!
