Can't wait for dark souls 3 to come out so I can finally go somewhere else. The last patch just did not fix it for me. I will come back after some month and for you what are you going to play until they fix their game ? May be u will brace ur self into the lag and unbalance ?

Just wait very few people are talking about the animation timing pass.

It touches everything in the game combat related, is clunky and unresponsive and overall takes one the best parts of the game and moves to the catagory of OK or if your a real pesimist the trash heap.

The combat in this patches average clunky and will be needing months and months, wait who am I kidding years of fixes to get it to any semblance of smooth again.

People who are here for the Elder Scrolls brand will never leave, my prediction is they loose 25 - 35 % logins and subscriptions within a month of going live with this.

I am seriously befuddled at how few people are even talking about this.

It might be high but the combat system is one of things people really enjoy and the new system is very very clunky.

It's just not the same there are more then a few bugs and it just takes something that overall felt good and makes it not feel that way.

Not saying they won't come back either but a majority of people who play do not pay attention to forums, live streams, or redit. It s a very small group that religiously tracks the game on multiple social media outlets. Which is to say a majority of the game base will have no idea a huge combat change is coming until it drops onto live servers.

Some people will love it. Some people will hate it. Some will be so put off they will just move on.

Truth is its an attempt for better combat, smoother combat, and importantly better messaging in combat. It just falls short right now. IMO.

Dark Souls 3? You may like Black Desert Online then. I've decided to run to BDO because of the amazingly amount of features it holds. Structured(literally)/open word PvP, sailing/fishing, player/guild housing, fixed economies, wildlife taming, NPC job hiring, innovative combat system(similar to the combat in Dark Souls 3, which you may like), possibly the best graphics alongside the best optimization for an MMO, and so on. Look into it, and I'm sure you'll love it.

I'm not a fan of Asian game design, so that leaves Dark Souls 3 and Black Desert Online way off my radar, and I got a feeling BDO will go the route of games like Archeage and Terra, overhyped and under delivered. At this point the only game I'm really looking forward too is Albion Online. The idea of a lo-fi sandbox where being a merchant kingpin is just as viable a play strategy as a dungeon crawling adventurer appeals to me if it's done right.

Oh? well, goodbye for now then. I actually have to thank lag in Cyrodiil for one thing; it got me out of PvP and into PvE to actually progress through vDSA, vMSA and dungeons to actually get the things I never thought I'd bother getting, like Molag Kena, Engine Guardian, Maelstrom weapons, etc.

[Edit] Even though vDSA is irrelevant now.

Well I quit WoW after 8 years to play ESO and I don't regret it one bit, because WoW has completely turned upside down now.

If you're this frustrated with ESO for you to mention that you're going to play another game to get away from it, then it seems to me that you just need a break, which you're taking, of course.

I did try pve but it just did not work for me

I did try pve but it just did not work for me Glad u find a way to keep playing

I know what you mean but it seems that some classes are just boring to PvE with... the fun I get from PvE is being a healer with a damage build to keep me on my toes and it works.

Not everyone is experiencing lag. I've only had lag when they introduced lighting "improvements" in 1.4 I think.
I enjoy PvE and sometimes dare to enter PvP to see some great battles going on.

I'm also surprised that people focus on one game and one game only. I've got 2-3 hours every evening. That's about one hour ESO, currently 1 hour Dying Light and a bit of Forza.

But to answer your question; I can't wait for The Division. That will take me away from ESO for some time. The loot in this game was amazing. When you fought tough / named enemies you got something useful and great looking instead of 17 Gold as in ESO!

I was actually thinking of going pick it up too !
I don't know if ur on console but it's lagging as f**k there

Yea I did that but every time u want to duel ,there is a Zerg coming and keep killing people it's there right but ***...
I give that to eso ic is pretty much lag free
