BRogueNZ✭✭✭✭✭I'd still go with Kag's / Magnus or perhaps Seducer. A quick res in both PVE and PVP is handy.
Perhaps Divines (personally I find its the easiest most flexible way change to make changes your stats to suit) and use drink and or CP allocation for recovery.5

D0ntevenL1ft✭✭✭✭✭I wouldn't say it would be the best for pvp and pve. Pvp I think you can make it work good but pve most people run high crit builds with Julianos.1
