Why do I have such low FPS?

Everyone else is complaining about having 30-40 FPS, mine (If I am not mistaken) is 8-10. Some days it will work better and be 12-15 but right now this ain't that great playing with slow frames 
Please someone tell me what I can do to fix this?

✭✭✭✭✭Inside the the game file folder there's a file name shadercooked,delete that and run the game.5

Egonic✭Lower the video quality, you have many options to lower.

Ikr, but for me it's not even just LAG there, it wont even load the player enemies so I have to fight with aoe's from afar or go into battle blind

Not entirely a joke, really. With the very little information I have (and this is from articles I read back in the BETA), there are 2 mega servers, one for NA and one for EU.
Before posting that, I was running WGT after a whole day of farming (I'm still trying to get my no-death). The whole day was fine, the last run was a total disgrace (can I say that here? well... too late) and the reason is because it happened while here is the beginning of the night (7PM).
I can only imagine that this period of the day is early morning for the majority of players. Server gets crowded, lag increases. If there was one more mega-server to attend NA (I don't know about EU) to hold 2/4 of players the original server, the new one would have 1/4 of northern players (USA and cia) + most of the southern players (Latin America, Australia and cia.)
I think that makes kind of a sense. Not only the lag would reduce (theoretically), but southern players would have less latency and, perhaps, would be able to accomplish things that requires better precision.I am the very model of a scientist Salarian, I've studied species Turian, Asari, and Batarian.

Sounds like packet loss maybe? But that doesn't explain the low FPS.0 -

What kind of hardware are you running? CPU, GPU and RAM.0 -
