Lighting staff with training

Hi all

fairly newish eso player, getting heavily into crafting but no matter were i look i cannot seem to find a lighting staff with the training trait to research, I have tried loads an loads of guild traders daily. an tried to look through google but not getting much joy. any help would be gratefully received

Or maybe just go to any of the fighters guild where they sell all weapons with training

Farm dungeons, check Trading Guilds, let friend create one... lots of options.

For weapons with TRAINING look in the FIGHTERS GUILDS they have training on those weapons. Usually need a higher area (30 or 40+) to get them, but they have them

you will find a lightning staff with the training trait in the mages guild of your startout city in your faction..

Staves and jewelry can be purchased from the magesguild, NOT the fighters guild.
