Is Dark Stalker supposed to do this?

Okay so I have the perk "Dark Stalker" from the vampire skill tree and now when I sneak I have the wrong animation, by that I mean I look like I am standing up running but while sneaking. After I stop moving I am in regular crouched position but when I move I look like I am standing and running. And no I am not wearing any special armor that changes my sneaking abilities and all that, so is Dark Stalker supposed to make me look like I am totally not sneaking up on my enemies and instead am running around them like I want to be detected? If so please tell me because I want to make sure it isn't a bug. And if anyone else is experiencing this please say so because then I will feel better that it isn't just me. :) Thank you

    Well, I have seen sneak do this yes I don't think its dark stalker doing it but i do think its what happens when you sprint while sneaking, it makes you look like your in between standing as you use it. But its cool as well, but yeah not sure really. Its just a thing that happens when you sprint as far as I know. I could be wrong but yeah I don't think its dark stalker.

    It doesn't do this when I don't have perk, and I'm not sprinting while I sneak

    Its supposed to do that at night I believe. So it should not be bugged if you're running.

    The movement animation is bound to your movement speed. So if you use speed buffs while sneaking, you will have the same movement animation as if you were running or even sprinting.This is done because it would look very awkward to have the sneak animation when you move in stealth as fast as someone who is sprinting normally.

    Aye, it was changed to look more natural. Back in the olden days - if you sneaked with the movement speed buffs/vampire/nights silence set etc you were "super-speed crouch-tippytoeing" not even sure how to explain it - it just looked awkward as hell, like something from the old cheap Korean games. Sometimes it does it now when it bugs and it just looks so wrong when it does that..

    The movement is odd, almost like your ass is several km/h behind the rest of your body
