Ice/Fire/Lightning/Poison Builds

Level66Charizard
Are things like this viable in this game PVP wise in its current state? Seems like I could PvE naked so I'm not really worried about that part...

I remember watching a video for an ice knight or ice king when I was researching this game and the premise of it was very cool. It was one of the main reasons that I bought this game.

The builds I search for on and see here just seem real cookie cutter

Would that still work now?

Thanks

    nope and never did.

what you might have seen is a dragon knight who by their class choice are opted for firedmg as all their attacks are base upon fire using the winterborn set calling himself now a ice knight.
    wich is nothing but exaggeration...

in short no class but DKs have the toolset given to rely on one dmg type solely.

spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused

The only element you get a special advantage in is fire if you're a dragonknight or dunmer, apart from that there's no particular reason to use an element a lot except that you think it looks cool

that said i've got a sorc that uses an ice staff and throws ice comets around, and i'm not going to crack and join the ranks of fire staff users because it'd ruin the aesthetic

they're getting rid of the elemental mage / thaumaturge split in the champion system as well, it's going to be one thing that boosts damage in all the elements
