To build to your race and class...permafrost is fkn beautiful. Go full health, purple drink endurance jewels, enchant magic recovery on jewels, and steed mundus. Orgnums scales helps, but another set could also work great, put on blazing shield and do almost 10k DPS AOE. In pvp it get a bit more difficult to stay standing against multiple players, but blazing shield will make them stop dps once in awhile...do it! Its fun! I dub this build "Trollplar". Be a vampire use defensive stance on bar. Jabs when not blocking. If you predict there is BIG damage coming go mist form. Honor the dead when low on health. Batswarm/nova for oh s#%* and always keep rune and ritual down.
