@Azzuria I take it you have never set foot in Cyrodiil?

Once. I was level 30-something on my Bosmer Nightblade and got bashed to death repeatedly by a DK. It pissed me off enough to avoid PvP since then... and that was probably within the first month of release.
Brunhilda Icehammer - Nord Dragonknight, 'Smith & Enchantress 'What is 'ranged? I need to hit something!!'
Laehl Direthorn - Bosmer Nightblade, Purveyor of fine Clothes, Bows and Staves
Reeza gra-Zuni - Orc Templar 'War Shaman' and Apothecary
Noemi Snowpaw - Kajiit Dragon Knight - I laugh... or I'd have to kill you.
Kitera Dreamon - Breton of The Dominion: Because those Daggers don't appreciate a great Mage.
Lysara Shadowcroft - Dunmer Bloodmage: This will only hurt a lot.

That answers everything. If you had been in pvp anytime over the last 1.5 years, you would know the sorry state this game is in. Absolutely unplayable lag every single day, with over 1k server ping for hours on end. Exploits that take months to fix, if ever. Extreme class imbalance that just gets shunted off to "the next DLC", ect. The list goes on.

The bash-knight DK was one such big imbalance that wasn't fixed for months.

Thanks ZoS! Keep up the incredible work!

This ^^^ pretty much the same for me, I will add even with the lag I enjoy pvp, some of the best I played in years.

I like almost everything about ESO. I'm an old guy who has played many MMOs, and despite the bugs and flaws that this game has, I have more fun in ESO than I've had in any other game (FFXI being a possible exception, but I played that for over a decade, so ESO still has time to catch up). These forums are filled with criticism and negativity, but I genuinely LOVE playing this game, and I think that ZOS is doing an amazing job with it. If that makes me a "carebear" or whatever, then so be it, but this game takes the cake for me. I love ESO.

I too love the game, I've played since Launch.

But I believe in giving Critism when Critism is due.

There are many things to love about this game, but there are so many things that turn people away from the game. There is a reason the forum is full of negativity, there is a lot to be negative about.
I don't doubt that even if the game was perfect there would still be some negative posts, but for ESO there are lots of issues, which quite simply are not addressed.

ZOS clearly avoids discussing any issues with the community and has done since launch, it can take weeks before they even acknowledge an exploit or bug, then months before they fix it and in some cases they don't...

Most who post the negative posts are hoping to spur ZOS into doing something, but I think after such a long time many of us are losing patience and a belief that things will get better, so we are becoming more snarky as some mentioned.

People complain on the forums, because they love the game as well, otherwise they would give a damn about that the game will be fixed - why would they? they would just leave. These people who are complaining love the game and want it fixed. See it like that. I do not like the whining as well, but I see their point and can feel their pain emphatically.
