My Frames suddenly drop for no apparent reason.

Hey all, as the Title says.
I'll be on ESO and randomly, my frames will drop tremendously low, it usually fixes when I tab out and back in, my Specs at AMD FX 8370 (8 Core) and a GTX 980, does anyone else have this problem and is it a problem with ESO or me? Pretty sure it started happening with one of the newer patches.

Jimboo84✭✭✭This is at some places. I reported via /bug ingame.
Some locations I have 80fps, others suddenly 5 to 15...
Also no addons.

Don't worry your computer is OK the servers and other things are horse pie...1 -

For me the standard is 60fps, but in Orsinium it drops to 5-15 or something around that.
The last few days were and still are just a pain to ride through this city, it stops before and again after the bridge and when I'm very lucky also at other spots, just to show me another loading screen that doesn't even seem to have loaded anything new that wasn't already rendered before.
This is not getting any better, I suppose. Not sure if I should look forward to the next DLC, or rather not.

I'm also doubting of taking the next DLC because of these issues.
Orsinium is last days +40 FPS for me, and nice to be there. I have these drops FPS(in combination with high latency)more at Cyrodiil self, once I'm in IC Sewers or City the drop is gone. FPS drop is back when I'm fighting bosses(lots of skill effect), or when I join a group it drops too. When I'm out of the group I get a FPS surge.

This has been pretty much an on-going problem since the release of the Imperial City patch...Craftaholics Guild, established 30th March 2014.0 -
Arandear✭✭✭It's not actually to do with being in certain area's, I mean my Frames drop in places like Orsinnium because of all the detail, but the problem I have is different, it's a sudden drop to like 5 frames, from being on 60 FPS, and it happens for no apparent reason. Weird stuff, worst thing is when it happens when I am farming Sewers and get into small scale PvP haha.0
