I'm on Xbox NA same things happening to me, I press play and it crashes during the loading screen.

Same with me, I'm EU Xbox but I can't load either

I think its Xbox because my whole friends list is offline now

Same, but I'm able to get in an active lobby in Rainbow 6 so it's not Xbox live entirely.
