I hear ESO will eliminate RM for individuals, so it only works in a group. Truth?
Seriously, this is what makes those long run distances in a lot of areas and between stuff in cities tolerable. Maybe ESO has a reason to do this in PVP, I dunno, I don't do much PVP so I'll let those guys hash that out. But in the PVE areas it eliminates a lot of frustration. At least let it still work in PVE zones.
ESO already walks a line between fun and frustrating/annoying. Don't push it farther toward the bad.

✭Rapid will only work for group members. If you are solo and you cast it you will still get the buff (1 man group ftw). However, if someone is standing enxt to you he will not get it.Jo'Khaljor8 -

It WAS annoying, especially when cast INSIDE the bank. WTF, INSIDE the bank? Why???? I use and love the skill all the time when in Cyrodiil or IC, but inside banks it really isn't needed and is just irritating.
Especially when I'm trying to go on a nicking spree!
