Seducer armor?

I havent seen this armor on a player until I started a character in Glenumbra (used to be in AD), and I really wonder how might I get it? I searched and one of the information I could find (from long ago) was that it drops at dolmens, I did a lot of dolmens in AD but didnt get that armor once.
My question is if there is any way we can maybe craft it ? If not Zos would you think about adding it as a motif?
Also what is it? Medium armor? Heavy?
Picture from this website: eso-fashion.com/dark-seducer/ where they say, its a reward for reaching veteran rank 6, is there no way to get it before? And if not, when they remove the veteran ranks, it means they wont reward it anymore?

✭✭✭✭It is a costume award for vr6. I know no other way to get it. I am assuming that when the change occurs for VR, it will be locked behind so many champion points. But I don't have anything saying that.Edited by vyndral13preub18_ESO on February 13, 2016 11:41PM1 -

✭✭Well, there might be a armor set that allows you to appear as a dark seducer but its a costume reward for vet level 6.
So yeah not easy to get. But I admit I like the armor in oblvion much better then elder scrolls online dark seducer armor.Edited by Thevampirenight on February 13, 2016 11:50PMPC NA

As far as I know you are correct. Don't remeber when but I think they said all vet costumes, SP and attribute points will be locked behind achievments that you unlock by getting to a certan CP level1 -

✭✭There is the costume, yes but there is also the Anguish set (a more silver color) that drops from the dolmens very rarely.
I've leveled 5 characters in 2 years and only gotten the head once.
It's only head and chest afaik
