Why cannot I use Crafting Movits?

I cannot use Crafting Motivs. It says "Requieres Rank 9 of any of the Metalworking, Tailoring or Woodworking passives", but in Metalworking I am already on L43 and unlocked almost everything.

Am I missing something?

That's the Blacksmithing rank; Metalworking is the first passive in the skill line under Craft - Blacksmithing, and that is the one that needs to be Rank 9. Your actual Blacksmithing rank doesn't matter.
