The game runs on a mega server so even then there is no real way of seeing exactly how many people are playing on each of the factions. It could look exactly the same to each player even if there are half the amount of people playing, they are just put into fewer instances.
Which leaves the only way to get an idea is PvP which isn't a good indicator either.1 -

The whole population has picked up the last couple of months, though. I'd say Aldmeri Dominion has the least, at least from what I can tell.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I personally will only play AD and DC but consider that many players have more than one character so the alliance poll may get extremely skewed.

Aldmeri Dominionmy guess would be AD. alot of the scrub bandwagoneers that started as EP in the beginning jumped shipped to AD1
