When Im in Eastmarch, yes. However, this is much better in some ways, and dumbed down in others. I have been out of my 'glass tower' and played plenty in cyrodil. My main toon has completed all delves and dolmens in cyrodil. Im no stranger.

If I may I wrote this on my Player helping players area earlier and this will give you insight as to why this is the general player base for this game after they released a more action oriented game and lost some Rpg aspects.
if the crit bonus on a Khajiit is higher that would include heals and dmg doubling their output over anyone else plus a couple extra hundred I think it is. I find this a little challenging to deal with. The elemental damage on an Altmer is arguably useful as the Breton is resistant to all spells and rarely are any attacks element based besides the DK and the Sorc. And wood elves optimized as a NB or Sorc has issues with regen placement on a min/max cause who here can honestly say they don't role a certain way to PvP so that they can spam and take on large groups.
My guildy introduced me to Sypher who uses a Dunmer Dk in all aspects is maximized and optimized to harass and that play style is controversial in setting cause all they do is wait you out kill you than run. With reflects and purges. The min max bonus on a Dunmer is ultimately what you need to survive considering you can just boost Magicka and Stamina with food than roll over things. Champion points are not racially inclined by any means and need reworked who wants to boost their 5 set of light armor physical resistance and certain points in certain areas do the exact same thing. I think the game needs revision and they did cut corners in the mechanics instead of having a heavily deepend Rpg experience causing game breaking mechanics.
The racial passives being the first cause in the original it was a starting point not the end point. Now its a matter of pvp gold or pve hell.
The mechanics instantly need reworked when break free effects your stamina and if you roll a magicka build your reliance on stamina for your now endless attack bar is active.
Champion points seem rushed and not set in place i.e. boost phys resistance on light armor no one needs it no one uses it.
Every point you put in counters the point your opponent just earned causing no real depth or placement strategy. They used this to keep some game base without in depth revision or strategy.
Racial passives used to start your adventure in Tamriel and make you end up comparing your awesome character to your brother's Dark Elf.
Now its a tool used by people to troll and roll to ruin my and possibly your game experience cause they wanna hate on your race of choice.

Never had an urge to join. MusCle420 on psn. Ive had the game since july.

I think they meant actually play in cyrodil where other people are playing, not just on your factions buff server.

Imagine if everytime you stepped into Eastmarch or went into a dungeon or delve with your pops and started fighting mobs your FPS went to single digits and your ping rate shot up into the 1000 to 4000 range.

THAT is the current state of PVP. Fun but broken.

And to be honest, I think most of the nerf this or that threads would be gone if people could reliably get skills to go off. There are emergent ways to deal with class imbalance, zergs, etc but you can't count on them in a lag storm.

lol nice try. call me when you gather all the skyshards in cyrodiil. then and only then can you call PVPers spoiled brats for wanting a balanced game

OP I don't think you understand. A couple of times with a 24 man in IC does not a pvp player make. The short version: pvp has massive potential for fun, but it's broken. This stirs up frustration in people cos on the one hand you have this game which could be the most fun you've ever had fighting real people on the internet, but in reality it's mostly unplayable at peak times due to lag. But also on top of lag you do have imbalances between builds and broken mechanics that only present themselves in pvp, as in you'd never know they were there in pve. Much of the whining is butthurt spoilt kids wanting an easy ride, but most of it are genuine complaints and frustration at zos for breaking their game. You need to pvp to be able to distinguish between the two.

I find it odd that you openly admit to not being a pvper but still come across so perplexed. Maybe you don't share pvpers issues because, ooh I don't know; you're not a pvper? This game and it's forums are full of "us and them"; stam vs. magicka, class vs. class, console vs. pc, and pvers vs pvpers. Well done, you fit right in.

I have actually been intrigued by pvp and have built a deltia style NB just for Imperial City. The reason for the nightblade is that after reading the forums (and getting ganked by nightblades in IC itself), I realise they are probably better than my v16 master crafter (yes i can make psijic ambrosia)sorc with all abilities unlocked.

its not like pve games are ruined by pvp balancing. i bet these pve ruined games are still very unbalanced on pvp side. simply there are bad devs who dont understand his job. eso too
