is a DK healer a good idea with new dlc?

so I have always wanted to be a Dk healer but lets be real you will never be looked at for the more harder vet end game content. I was wondering with the new skill changes is it finally possible to be on the same level as a temp? If so anyone have any suggestions on build's, skill bar set up's anything to help

Spottswoode✭✭✭✭✭Dk healers are ok. This recent PTS update hasn't changed all that much.
My bar is usually:
Mutagen, Ward Ally, Blessing of Restoration, Igneous Shield, Cauterize, and Magma Shell.
Second bar is destro staff:
Elemental Drain, Obisidian Shard, Energy Orb, Draw Essence, Proximity Det, and either Sturdy Horn or Repleneshing Barrier.Proud Player of The Elder Bank Screen Online.
My khajiit loves his moon sugar.

Armann✭✭✭DK healers are good now, keep Igneous Shield up every 7 sec for the Major Mending buff. Only new thing is the heal from Sea of Flames and Magma Shell becoming alot better as it put shields on your group instead of one guy via synergy use. and how would you say that build is fairing so far? and if good what kind armor/rings sets you using?
