do ESO plus members get faster tech support?

just curious if this would be a benefit of the ESO plus membership, i have a couple support cases open and unresolved one dates back to october 2015. Any one else experiencing this?

✭✭Support tickets havent taken very long at all for me.I do sub,but I wouldnt say that's the reason for the quick replies.
