I MEAN it would be cool if ZoS added whips and scythes to the game.
For no other reason than rule of cool. Scythes are big and unweildly and totally impractical. But magic is a thing and can be used in combination to magically make it practical.
I suggest a reaper class while we're on the topic of things that aren't gonna happen.

For no other reason than rule of cool. Scythes are big and unweildly and totally impractical. But magic is a thing and can be used in combination to magically make it practical.

There is already a Spear model in-game(You can see that in the Altmer Starting zone near the town) but they never used it.If I die tomorrow I do not want to think of the game I could of played today, therefor I will play whatever I want today while securing a future to play in as well.
A true gamer will think of all the possible outcomes and execute the one that is the hardest to accomplish.0 -

I mean, spears and scythes are way different both in practicality, weigh, and damage type. Traditionally scythes are used for AOE spin attacks, throw back attacks and otherwise crowd control. Spears are all pierce damage, good tank weapon usually. Spears are forseeable. But IMO scythes are cooler.
MAYBE. Maybe a Polearm skill line would work. Annnnnd then we forego what I just said about scythes and have people choose between spears and scythes with whatever they want.0
