imperial stamina nightblade here and i mainly PVP, so i should focus on weapon damage and critical right? atm i have hundings rage set and night mother etc i'm still at 2600 weapon damage while buffed max :/ i need to figure out my gear.. from what i've seen people use is 5x hundings rage, 1 bloodpawn mask and molag kena's pauldron etc, does this work? "that is the gear sypherPK is using" but i'm asking myself why? why bloodpawn mask if it doesn't give any weapon damage? how am i gonna get to 3000+ weapon damage, also that setup good? 5x hundings rage, bloodpawn mask and molag kena's shoulders? does that work? and then for the jewelry all weapon damage, also how do i get bloodpawn mask and kena's shoulders and how do i get jewelry with weapon damage on? can anyone make those glyphs? also traits, infused and divine is that allright? ty for helping!

I have pretty much the same dilemmas although I'm at 2200 @ Vr2.

My main issue is Thief, Shadow or Warrior.. crit%, crit damage or weapon damage.

I'm just here for the replies :)

bloodspawn is for stam regen, use damage glyphs on juwelry, use sets that have weapon damage on juwelry, use gold weapon, use medium armor with passives, use dawnbreaker

in most cases neither, stam regen is in most caes superrior than warrior, and 12% crit arent that much for pvp

My setup is pretty generic. I use all gold Hunding's and Night Mother's. I have all weapon damage enchants on my Agility jewelry. My weapon damage is 3500 plus when buffed, especially when using dual wield. I hit plenty hard enough to be effective in PvP. The testing I've seen says that if your crit % is above 50%, then you usually do better dps going with shadow over thief.

Farm briarheart and get the jewelery and small armor, use that with 5x hundings and Kena set and watch that crit damage rack up 30k WB smacks. No one surviving that. All about the burst why sustain when you can maim.

I never figured out a stamina build that works for me either.
I tried numerous different combinations and eventually decided to go with magicka build - it works for me, i can kill people easy and survive with ease aswell, probably due to the fact i've mainly played caster classes in previous MMO's for years..

Also when i ask successful stamina NB's in pvp for advice or what build they use - the most common answer is "It's a secret" so, i gave up with stamina a long time ago..

Either my weapon damage is high but i have no stamina and health and/or regen or other way around, there seems to be no inbetween for stamina builds. Magicka IMO seems much easier to balance out between sustain/dps.

As far as Stamblades go, the gear is basically 5/5 Hunding's Rage, with 3/5 or 4/5 of either Night Mother's, Morkuldin, or Night Silence, having the seconday set help with whatever your racial lacks. (A khajiit has crit, so it'd use morkuldin because of the extra wep dmg in 4th piece, but an Orc for example could use night mother to have a more brute'ish wep dmg and crit build, if he wants, for example)
You should manage your weapon critical to always be around 55~60%, that's the okay'ish area to be, and at that point, you can just use Warrior for the base wep dmg bonus, or you can use Shadow, wich increases the bonus dmg from crit attacks, overall, a higher dps boost than warrior (IF you're crittin' often, that is). You would only have Thief up if you need that extra crit %, and your base damage is all right. You can always go with the Stam regen one tho' that's not really the most popular choice... serpent, i think that one is ?.. anyway, always food for tought.

If you're not a Vr16 yet, i'd advise you test out the 5/5 Hunding's with either night mother's gaze or night's silence, wich are fairly cheap sets for you to buy/order or just make yourself ( Hunding's and Night' Mother are 6 traits, and Night Silence is 2-trait)

    The monster sets are an option (5/5 hundings + Molag Kena 1/2 + Bloodspawn (free regen) 1/2) if you have agility jewelry and maelstrom weapons. Otherwise the crafted sets (morkuldin, for example) also include a weapon damage (4th piece) and a stam regen (3th piece) and also have a max stam set benefit;

Overall, for PvP, you will want your weapon damage to border some 3.000 something, and weapon crit around 60, and stam regen around 1500 to be manageable. Unless you're a ganker then you can get rekt on regen and just focus on max stam and weapon dmg.

The big pieces on your gear, Helmet, Chest, and Pants, could be Infused, because since those get higher numbers, that 17% bonus on the enchant value actually mean something, but you can have only 1 or 2 of them infused, the rest can be divines, and one piece can be impenetrable, if you're into that.

.... I guess i covered almost anything?.... min/max'rz halp in this one ?

If aim for weapon damage and regen. Crit isn't as useful in pvp

5x hundings 'check' :) then i have 2 parts left, helmet and shoulders, so i'm aiming for blood spawn mask and molag kena shoulders since that is popular with every build, allthough i do not understand the blood pawn helmet, that lil mana regen doesn't seem that much of a big deal tbh.. then also if i go with 5x hundings, 1x blood spawn and 1x molag kena then i won't have enough slots for a night mother set, i'll have just my weapons availbe so pro 2h and bow since that is what i enjoy more over dual wield if that is allright? so what should i get as weapon?
