How to get legendary jewelry drops?

One of my friends just purchased a legendary healers habit ring. I thought you could only get them from pvp leader boards and would be bound. Does anyone have more insight on this? I want to atleast try to get it if possible without repairing walls in pvp XD

✭✭Currently as far as I know you can only get legendary jewelery from being on the weekly leaderboard for a trial. For vDSA you can get healer / footman items which can be traded, for AA / HR / SO you can get parts of the trial sets which are bound on pickup.
In the past it was possible to get legendary jewelery from vMSA weekly (MSA sets, bound on pickup) and being in the top 2% of the pvp leaderboard in the end of a campaign (random item from aa / hr / so / dsa).0
