Nord

I guess I'd have to say Nord. Reguardless of what other races I played, I have played a Nord in every TES since Arena (except for of course TES Redguard.

)

A close second would probably be Imperial.

Dark Elf

Dark Elves have been my favorite since Morrowind. My first Morrowind character was actually a Redgaurd, but I went over to the dark side pretty quickly.

From an ESO standpoint, they are arguably the best across the board race with solid buffs to both magic and stam. They clearly make the best DKs, they are arguably the best siphonblades (altmer is the other contender), and they are top 3 for any other magic build. From a stam point of view, they are the only race worth considering that isnt a pure "stam race" like Imperial, redgaurd or Khajiit.

High Elf

I prefer the race that makes me a good mage and can look pretty (I'm shallow, I know that). Usually that means High Elf. In ESO that also means Wood Elf because I sneak a lot, too, though I haven't made friends with the bow in ESO. I would rock a bow if I could. I like a lot about Dark Elf but they are always so angry looking that I get tired of looking at them. I did make a male Dark Elf who at least looks like he earned his anger. Unfortunately, Redguard just don't have the racials for a mage though they can be made really pretty in ESO.

My main is Dunmer, I also like Bosmer and Nord but since the passives on them are pretty crappy I wouldn't roll one of those.

Khajiit

I would say bosmer but the Green Pact is *** and when they actually attempted to kill and cook a woman because "the Pact says so" I just felt like they were all morons. Bretons have no problem getting along with the forest spirits without some insane deal.

Khajiit are my favourite on account of them being one of the more spiritual races (which is kind of beautiful), and their objective style of vocabulary.

Not much of a dunmer fan, they're mostly ugly and quick to enslave others/start wars. Nords are just drunken warmongers, same as Imperials minus the drunk part.

Every race has their pros and cons though, representatives of their races that either cast them badly or promote them.

Khajiit

I play a lot of races for different play styles in TES games, but I always have had a love for the beast races. When I have to choose, I take Khajiit, but I love Argonians just as much. In Oblivion my favorite race was Breton though, but that was mainly due to the combination of racial resistance to magic in combination with Atronach birthsign. The 3rd in row for me is Bosmer - interesting race name btw - bos means forest in dutch.

Redguard

Redguard is my favorite. They are the only warrior race who have strength and a refined culture. I guess you could say the same about Imperials if you consider them a warrior race.

not just because they are kitteh's, (they are awesome though.)

but because of how introverted and non hostile they are towards other races and cultures, for instance:

-they are very good fighters but often avoid fights, they are aware they are strong but don't only rely on that like nords and orcs, they are smart and sneaky as well.
-they are very spiritual but don't force their opinions on others and don't really talk about it.
-they are very intelligent but don't act like the other races are stupid and are considerate of other ideas.
-they are incredibly athletic and acrobatic but prefer to lounge around.
-they have an awesome way of speaking.
-they are fairly pragmatic in their dealing and attitude.
-they like to amuse themselves and like inside racial jokes.
-they like sweets, and drugs, and sweets.
-they come in a wide range of shapes and sizes from humanoid to house cat to giant battle cat, and can all communicate with one another.

etc. they are just badass. they are the best race but don't tell anyone cause it amuses them to watch the other races fight over who is the best.
