Please realize that you may have to wait a long time to buy the exact thing you want.

The vendor will not always be available and will only sell a few select items (not all sets) every time.

Hmmmm, I would like to get Lord Warden's Helmet to match the shoulders in my bank, and hopefully Divines Engine Guardian helm, as I seem to only get Impenetrable trait for it.

Trait's are random it look's like. No one really know's for sure since the vendor has only been on pts for a little while.
