Low level drop sets
So me and some guildies were discussing the good old days when you'd actually try to hunt down some sets while leveling, like "of the sun" for example.
Now a days there's no point wasting time on it (especially since you can't farm delve bosses for pieces). But I've come up with an idea that I think could be pretty cool to bring these old sets back into play (it's a shame Zenimax have spent time on these sets and now they're not worth hunting down).
So, here's my suggestions on how to bring them back into use.
1. Lower drop rate for set pieces, but have them drop in a bundle that includes all pieces (this way, if a set drops when you level up you can start using it right away, remember how fast you outlevel gear early on).
2. If you do get a drop-set, Unlock it for crafting, (maybe in the bundle, throw in the recipe, or something?) This way, if you find a drop set that you really like, you can continue using it as you progress if you can craft it. We migth even see some sets used later on in the game?
So just 2 suggestions on how we might bring good 'ol sets back into use, what do you think?

✭✭✭✭✭I doubt you will ever see sets drop all at once, but it's not the worst idea at low levels. The only drop sets I use while leveling are warlock jewelry. Otherwise, crafting stuff is easier.
I was having the discussion with a guildie the other day about learning to craft certain sets. We were discussing the idea of perhaps being able to decon/research 3-5 pieces of a set, at which point you could craft one piece of the set in any style/weight/trait that you need. I am for anything that helps combat the ridiculous RNG in this game. 7 SPC Chests and counting, still not boots...0 -

Probably not, but then they need to increase the drop rate, because right now you simply outlevel the early sets faster than you can find them.0
