We're going to need some more info regarding your problem, so if you can please submit a ticket to customer support including a game consultant and msinfo sytem diagnostic one of our agents will be happy to work with you one-on-one!

Kehnara✭I am on XboxOne, and this is the first time one of my characters has the Orsinium glitch. I got over to the main city went in to turn in a quest and game crashed. I logged back in, everything is hot pink and game crashes within 2 seconds of logging in. I do not even have time to go to social and travel out to a guildmate.0
