Let us buy Hakeijo with Tel Var stones?

One of the problems is that we need more things that can be bought with the stones. There is no reason to keep this rune so rare, it's not like it's super OP or something. Am I the only crafter who wants this change?

No your not, its felt like something rare to aim for when I started. But once you got them, either stack them up in the bank or sell them. Change would be good, but oh well.

The Rune does really have a limited use (Great for Tanks, not so much for DPS) so it does not need to be all that rare. Given that you get about half the effect on your stats that a single attribute glyph would give you, most people who are DPS are going to shy away from this one. At least I would think they would.

It's more useful for PvPers (so they can get the requisite 20k health) than anyone else, imo. I put one on the three major pieces with infused and call it a day.
