✭ZoS will not make all set max level nerfing sets and keeping them low level forces you to buy DLC for the new stuff.
I personally don't like the idea of buying DLC just for armor when you have to grind for weeks to get a set you can't sell.

Let's Limit this to your Top 10 picks, as it will be easy to list so many that things get diluted.
Personally, I think these would be my Top 10:
1. Master Weapons from DSA ==MSA Weapon
2. Silks of the Sun == many 4pc sets similar to this except that can't think of any similar to 5th pc bonus. But julianos has been a great replacement so far and i don'think it's replaceable.
3. Healers Habit = Spell power cure
4. Healing Mage ==Can't recall this one.
5. Morag Tong= =Sheer Venom
6. Footman's Fortune == None exact replacement but it makes me question 12% block mitigation's effectiveness in terms of diminishing returns
7. Ravager == Briarheart
8. Blessing of the Potantes ==I doubt that replacement of this set will be able to find it's place now.
9. Fjord's Legacy == it was never a major set but there are many which can replace this one
10. Robes of the Necromancer ==Meh...

Teronell✭✭✭In a way, they already are with the removal of vet ranks. There are very few sets that don't currently have a veteran version.
What I'm hoping for is that they adjust the power difference between the sets. If they just roll it over as it is currently, the power difference between characters does not change at all. People with 500 Champ points and 500 gear vs a 50 CP with 50 gear will seem the same as a V16 vs a V1 to me.
Maybe ZOS could take the route of re-releasing sets with DLC updates. Say they take two sets from each armor class and a random weapon set and update it to the current DLC, and keep going with each release until they have them all updated?0 -

In particular jewellery.

Problem tho is that when Vet ranks go away, gear will scale to CPs. I believe the plan right now is for 160 CPs to equal current V16 gear. So the assumption is that a lot of the old sets will not scale to max, i.e. a V14 set like Silks of the Sun will only be a CP140 requirement and thus not fully viable.PS4 NA Server
