Major problems logging in. Started with trying to zone into elder hollow.

Reset ps4, refreshed modem, restored licenses. Cannot connect.

    Must be a psn issue. Fails to login during speedtest, yet I am able to connect to SWBF and play rounds with 0 added latency.
