Elusive mist broken

Anybody else noticed that elusive mist does not grant major expedition 40% increase the movement speed ?
Retreating maneuvers has the same increase the speed and it's twice as fast as the mist..I even tried going into mist form next to somebody running at normal speed in Stormhaven and they run faster than me while in mist form.. And they were not an Orc. The speed doesn't seem to work and also while PVP or even PVe for that matter it doesn't seem like the 75% reduced damage works either ..

a1x23✭✭✭Elusive mist does give you the speed boost but you cant sprint while its active. Kind of stupid if you ask me5

How should I put it...elusive mist is like a guy who had sex with a gorilla. It's broken in every possible way.
