Easy Way to Make IC matter again

Sell upgrade materials (Tempering Alloy, Dreugh Wax, Resin) and Alchemy Ingredients (Columbine, Mountain Flower...) for Tel Var Stones. IC is instantly active again and this also cuts down on the boring aspect of farming for these mats.

I agree, not on price though.

Like 5k stones per piece mimimum.

It definitely would get people there. Which would bring pvp. Which would make the DLC used again. Also maybe help the lag above ground.

Why would anyone go to IC sewers to make nightblades rich ?

Crafters are mostly pve and they will farm in wrothgar more than any pvp area....most pvpers just buy pots or get a guildie to craft them to save time..

All it would do is crash the potion market...

I think @FENGRUSH mentioned this a month back or so. I agree, the price shouldn't be less than 3k or 4k for each legendary material.
Right now, the potency rune Repora sells for 400 telvar, whereas in guild trade stores they sell for 3k, putting the telvar to gold ratio at 1/7.5.
The average price for a Tempering Alloy is 7k to 8k gold, so using the same ratio would make the price for a Tempering Alloy fall to around 1,000 telvar. However, this is a major item that is sold in guild stores, so the price would have to be increased well over 200% so that the market doesn't suffer too much.

OR just change all campaigns so that the only way to get into IC is to take keeps.

Then they can figure out how long IC is kept and reset keeps on some daily time table

Can I just say, that's the average(?) price on PC, meanwhile on console (PS4, EU) Tempering Alloy have been 13-17k for months and months. :P

Not sure why you think IC isn't relevant. I just spent the evening there with guildies grabbing the skyshards in the enemy Sewers, and it was far from dead. Neither was it pining for the fjords...
Same with the districts.

The only people in districts is in arena. It's dead annd in sewers you rarely find anyone AD or EP side.

Only the gankers occasionally come to the dc side.

This is ps4 eu on asuras (most pop server)

Is EU lower pop than NA overall? All the servers we go into on NA have people running around all over. Unless it's like 4 am on a weekday.

No way, only over my dead body, gear upgrades are meant to be progression and are currently way way too easy, like whats the point if people go instantly to purple or legendary. I think it'd fun if LeaderBoards gave Elite tannings, the next upgrade after Legendary.

I only go into Imperial City to grab vr16 potency runes and I'm out of there again.

As for selling top tier improvement pieces I'd say yes if Pvp'ers didn't get their stones from PVE'ers. So no.

IC is supposedly empty, but every time I go there I get WB'd so hard that I fly out of IC again.

I just want to farm in peace :'(
