Is Kagrenacs safe from being nerfed?

There was a rumor going around about a Kagrenacs nerf, since the PTS is now out and Kagrenacs wasn't listed on the patch notes; did they stealth nerf it like puncturing sweeps or do you feel it is now safe from being nerfed and it would be ok to go head and make a v16 gold set for PvP?

✭✭I've just finished making mine all gold so it would be disappointing if it's about to get nerfed - but I wonder, nerfed in what way? if the quicker resurrect bonus got nerfed, I wouldn't really see it as a nerf.
