How to start caldwells silver

Haven't played in some time. I have a VR14, made w new character I can't remember what I have to do to be able to get the quest line from Caldwell? I saved the king and Val in cold harbor.. Wtf I do now?

    After completing the Coldharbour series you need to finish the quest with the prophet, Lyris, Sai etc. Completing that has Cadwell offering the silver when he talks to you in the Harbourage.

    You never kill Molag bal - it's impossible to kill a daedric Lord, you only wound him, just saying.
