Spindle Clutch & Darkshade Cavern helm grind?

Looking for some experienced V16 players to grind monster helms in Spindle Clutch and Darkshade Cavern. II have V16 sorc, V16 Knightblade, V16 Temlpar on AD and V16 Knightblade and V14 sorc on EP.

I could grind with you, but I've only got a VR2 DPS Dragonknight build. PS4-NA-EP. The group dungeons all scale your gear up to VR16 so I don't think it matters?

I am a vet16 magickablade with 3k spelldamage and experience doing DPS for darkshade and spindle.

I am on PS4/NA/DC . would love to get the helms with experienced people able to blow past the constructs in darkshade
