I just scored the last few points needed to get to Fighters Guild level 10 on one of my alts. I saw the onscreen message that said "Congratulations, Fighters Guild Skills Master". I immediately went to equip Dawnbreaker and the game reset me back to level 9! I submitted at CS ticket and am awaiting to hear back.
Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what was your experience?

We are aware of an issue that stops some players from being able to obtain Fighter's Guild Rank 10. We are investigating the problem and hope to have a solution in a future update. We cannot currently provide a timeframe for when the fix for this issue will be made available.
