What is the drop rate of master weapons once you finish the maelstron arena?

The actual drop rate is not known. I've seen estimates of 10-20%.

My best guess is somewhere between 5 and 15%, that is purely from my rng results and could be completely off.

Wow, really surprised with these rates, have my Weapon Droprate at about 50%-60% (about 60 runs). I got evrything in best trait now, except the Fire Staff ofc, the only thing i wanted

OMG!! really? 50%? I've run the arena 4 times and got only 1 master (I'm still learning how to play it)

I've completed about 6 times now and have received 5 out of 6 weapons, not the one I want but it's still Maelstrom weapons. Would be amazing if you had a chance at a type of token if you decon the Maelstrom item and after so many you could purchase what you want.

@jowww97 Well 4 runs are not really enough to make a calculation.

This is an MMO and not a single player game. ZOS needs to add master weapons to the AP/gold vendor.

I've gotten 2 in 8 runs, luckily my first was the exact one I wanted. Not including the ones I've recieved from the leaderboard rewards.

My experience has been around 50% chance. That is with at least 30 runs

yeah, I know, but I would like to know how many times I have to complete the arena to receive the weapons. It's so much effort to complete that damn arena. So many potions, and soul gems and time.

You get better and faster at it everytime you finish it. I finally managed to beat vMA last week, and managed to land 3 chars on the leaderboard.

Ive finished it 7 times now, and gotten 3 sets of mace+shield from the last reward chest, 4th mace+shield set came in mail.

Lets hope that this week theres something else in the chest.
