Legendary Improvements vs. Maximum Veteran Rate
Like a milking stool, my question rests on 3 legs....
-I understand the importance of improving your armors to the max level, but i've been only improving up to "Superior" since every 3 veteran ranks i gain access to a new blacksmithing material and end up making a whole new set.
Or.. should i save my "Grain Solvents" to improve only my weapons and shields so at least I take advantage of the slight buff i get?
3rd part of the question is what happens when i hit VR16? I'm assuming i won't have any raw materials left to unlock so i'll probably make one final armor set with a level of V16.. so should i save my legendary improvement tempers for this set? or do you keep leveling? can i make a VR18 armor set?
