[BUG or ???] Glass fragments...What have I done???? Help!

Hi all,

I double clicked on 10 glass fragments and they disappeared... No glass style learned... Have I lost them because I accidentally double clicked without using the Merethic Resin???

..... Please tell me I am wrong....

I think you just refined them? Doesn't it take 10 malachite to make one glass peice material?

They shouldn't just be gone.

Try checking if they are marked as "junk." I've had some items go missing that were inadvertently marked as junk.

Unfortunately, still nothing.

A few more details:

- I double-clicked on these infamous 10 Glass Style Fragments directly from the inventory (not a crafting station, not a bank, etc.). They vanished. Did not get any pop-ups telling me if I was sure or what not .

- I'm not taking about Malachite (you need 10 shards to make one through refinement) but about Glass Motif Fragments that are used to make Glass Chapters.

- They are not in Junk nor in the rest of the inventory (checked several times)

- I have checked in my Journal both under Achievement and Eidetic Memory: No Glass Motifs learned

I have read that I should have used the Merethic Restorative Resin (I have one) but I do not know if I was punished for my mistake or if it is a bug. I haven't found anything on this searching through the forum or Google....

Can someone help me understand if it worked as intended or it is a bug? Possibly someone from ZOS (I would tag someone from ZOS but do not know who does what between Gina and the rest

)

If you had the resin in your bag when you double clicked the 10 fragments, you should have a glass chapter in your inventory. It will be just one page, like swords or boots, not a complete book. Look under the consumables tab.

I did not have Resin in my bag when I clicked.

...And I looked for pages in the consumables tab (and everywhere else).....none

Submit a ticket - sounds like a bug. Make sure to include time and day along with toon/server.
